NYC's MTA transit map design
NYC’s MTA is redesigning their transit map of the city after more than a decade. It both improves upon the user-friendliness of the current map, and continues the trend of moving away from the abstraction epitomized by Massimo Vignelli’s angular 1972 depiction of the city.
