Live and Let Die

This is an awesome set of artwork by classic movie poster artist Robert McGinnis:

Robert McGinnis will always be known as the guy who did Bond, James Bond.

Like Drew Struzan and Star Wars, McGinnis was the go-to guy for all the early 007 posters. He created the iconic stance of Bond holding his gun. The rest, as they say, is history.

He’s also known for the long- legged women you see prancing through most of his work. He’s had a huge career creating movie posters, paperback covers and magazine illustrations.

Through the years, lots of artists have tried to copy his style and realized its not as easy as it looks.

Sorry people, there is only one McGinnis.
