This article is funny, and after thinking about it for a second Eddie Murphy is perfect…but after another second of thinking he’s the worst possible person to play the role. (Can “Pluto Nash” ever be forgiven?!) Both Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger changed the comic book movie super-villain game as Joker so it doesn’t really matter who plays any given Batman villain from now on…unless they die before the movie is released.
And LeBeouf as Robin is a red herring.
