VOANews.com reports that the White House has indeed declassified the August 6, 2001 presidential daily briefing (PDB) entitled “Bin Laden Determined to Strike in the US.” While before the 9/11 Commission, Condi Rice said it was not necessarily an indication of things to come, but “mostly a review of previous information and did not warn of any coming attacks inside the United States.” Is she right, or is it yet another exhibit in a huge pile of coincidences that suggest Bush knew 9/11 was going to happen? Rice and the rest of the “adults” are either incompetent or liars. Either way they need to be out of office. If you don’t think Kerry is the best man for the job, think about whether he or Bush is more likely to appoint Supreme Court Justices that will support civil rights for all, women’s reproductive rights, and promote fiscal and environmental responsibility.
