According to an entry made last April on Greg’s Previews, Peter Mayhew will play Chewbacca in SW: Episode III. The tradition of featuring planets with dominating ecological themes hints that we may see the Wookie homeworld of Kashyyyk in this film. If Lucas is as meticulous about keeping the Star Wars universe as consistent as the rumors suggest, Wookies will probably be used as slaves by the Empire for physical labor. We may see Chewbacca escape slavery to Corellia where he eventually meets Han Solo.
